Starc is excluded from IPL 2020; Maxwell, Lynn in the auction group
NEW DELHI: Australian spearhead Mitchell Starc has chosen to leave the Indian Premier League for the second year in a row, even when teammates Glenn Maxwell and Chris Lynn They are among the seven players who have included their names in the auction of players to be held on December 19 in Kolkata.
