He described the incident as tragic and shocking and said he had lowered the morale of girls and women, who felt insecure.

The victim, who was on her way home after a medical check-up in Gachibowli in Hyderabad on Wednesday night, was kidnapped, raped and killed by four truck workers in Chatanpally, near Shadnagar, about 60 kilometers from Hyderabad, she said. police.

Despite the arrest of all the defendants in the case, the protests, dharnas and agitations continue throughout the country with the protesters demanding the immediate execution of the guilty parties.
