Rural India reached 100% ODF: Government

NEW DELHI: The sanitation coverage of the Swachch Bharat Mission (Grameen) is 100 percent and all 5,9993 villages have declared themselves free of open defecation (ODF), the government said on Monday.

The Center launched SBM (G) on October 2, 2014 with the aim of reaching Open Free (ODF) India before October 2, 2019.
